As items from our Gift Shop are free gifts that are given in thanks for donations to support our spiritual work, there are no returns for our gift shop. However, if you do not receive your gift in the mail or your gift was damaged during shipping and your shipping address is in the continental USA, please contact us within 30 days of purchasing so that we may either 1) reship you item at no cost to you, 2) give you a refund, or 3) offer another option at equal or greater value. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you these options.

Please give 5 business days to allow the refund to be given to you after we have confirmed that you are getting a refund. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 22 Pennock Brook Drive, Richland, NY 13144 , for inspection. If possible, we may be able to inspect it just from email pictures.
If you wish to return your product (you will not get a refund for your returned product), or your item is defective and needs to be inspected in person, you should mail your product to: 22 Pennock Brook Drive, Richland, NY 13144.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
